Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your delivery information, where applicable.

DELIVERY WITHIN NIGERIA

ROIR currently offers delivery within Nigeria.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days
  • Other locations within Nigeria: 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Destination
  • Courier availability
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Circumstances outside ROIR’s control

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order.

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

ROIR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

  • The delivery address is incorrect

Additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently unavailable.

We plan to expand our delivery destinations as ROIR grows.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact ROIR within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package
  • Clear photographs of the product

We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
